    SPRAY DEVICE FOR PRODUCT PROJECTION Technical sector
    The present invention is related to the projection of powdered products for any application, proposing a device that allows the spraying of products in an advantageous manner, with the possibility of two selective projection options, by means of a simple and effective embodiment.
    State of the art
    In some applications, such as air freshening, painting, etc., spray projected products are used, for which devices are used through which the products are extracted from a container container, spraying them to project them to their application in that pulverized state
    For this purpose, various solutions of spray devices of the products to be projected have been developed, such as the solution proposed by document US2014 / 0367491, where a spray machine for disinfection and odorization of air is described, incorporating a spraying device that allows to project products sprayed by two outputs of different projection intensities.
    Said solution is based on a mechanism comprising a mechanically actuated gate to open the passage through one or another projection outlet of the sprayed product, depending on the option selected by the user. This solution requires a complicated functional assembly that makes it a high cost, in addition to possible malfunctions due to the use or jams that can result in the accumulation of product remains inside the device affecting the actuator mechanism of the gate.
    Object of the invention
    According to the invention, a spray device is proposed that allows two product projection options, with a simple embodiment that eliminates problems

    of cost or malfunctions, since it does not include any actuator mechanism of moving elements to select the projection.
    This device object of the invention comprises a structural body, which at one end has an open chamber provided with means for clamping with respect to the mouth of a container container of a product to be projected, leading into said chamber a first conduit that extends to the other end of the structural body, a second conduit composed of a first section of greater diameter and a second section of smaller diameter that extends to an open transverse conduit from an area of the periphery of the structural body and which flows into an open lateral chamber by an opposite area of the periphery of the structural body, and a third conduit that extends from the mentioned extreme chamber of the structural body to the lateral chamber.
    This results in a device that can be coupled to the mouth of a container containing a product to be projected, so that by introducing pressurized air through the transverse duct, an effect is determined in relation to the second duct communicated with the end chamber of the structural body. "Venturi" that absorbs product from the container container and sprays it by introducing it into the side chamber, from which the sprayed product can be projected directly to the outside, or by plugging the outlet opening of said lateral chamber, the sprayed product is returned to through the third conduit to the extreme chamber of the structural body, from which it exits by pressure through the first conduit to project outside.
    Thus, depending on the plugging or not of the outlet opening of the side chamber of the structural body, the sprayed product is projected to the outside in a more concentrated way through the first conduit communicated with the end chamber of the structural body, or in a more expanded way directly from the side chamber of the structural body.
    Therefore, the spraying device has an embodiment that allows a sprayed product to be projected very effectively in two forms of projection, by simply placing or not placing a plug in the outlet opening of the side chamber of the structural body, without having any actuator mechanism to select the projection, so that the constructive realization of the device is simple and economical, also preventing the accumulation of

    The remains of powdered products may cause functional behavior defects, since there are no moving elements that can be affected in this regard.
    Therefore, this spraying device object of the invention results in constructive and functional characteristics that make it advantageous for the function to which it is intended, with its realization becoming a life of its own and preferred character with respect to conventional devices of the same application.
    Description of the figures
    Figure 1 shows a schematic perspective of the spraying device object of the invention, the ducts and chambers of the interior of the structural body being observed in strokes.
    Figure 2 is a side view of the spraying device, on the side of the inlet of the transverse air pressure inlet duct.
    Figure 3 is a side view of the spraying device, on the side of the outlet opening of the side chamber of the structural body.
    Figure 4 is a bottom plan view of the spraying device, observing the openings of the ducts leading to the end chamber of the structural body.
    Figure 5 shows a diametral section of the spraying device according to section V-V indicated in Figure 4.
    Detailed description of the invention
    The object of the invention relates to a device for projecting powdered products in any application, such as odorization and disinfection of air, paint, etc., with a simple constructive embodiment and without any functional complexity.
    The device comprises a structural body (1), which can have any configuration, having at one end an open chamber (2) open and provided with means for

    fastening with respect to the mouth of a container container of a product to be projected, such as a threaded coupling thread or any other solution that allows a fastening coupling to be carried out, leading to said first chamber (2) a first conduit (3) , a second conduit (4) and a third conduit (5), defined by the interior of the structural body (1).
    The first duct (3) extends along the structural body (1), being open to the outside at the end opposite the end chamber (2).
    The second duct (4) has a first section of larger diameter that is open to the end chamber (2) and a second section of smaller diameter that extends to a transverse duct (6) open from an area of the periphery of the structural body (1) and which flows into a lateral chamber (7) open to the outside through an opposite area of the periphery of the structural body (1).
    And the third conduit (5) is open at one end to the end chamber (2), extending to the side chamber (7), to which it is open at the other end.
    With this, the structural body (1) can be coupled by the end chamber (2) to the mouth of a container container of a product to be projected, so that, in that arrangement, introducing pressurized air through the transverse duct ( 6), in relation to the second conduit (4), a “Venturi” effect is determined that absorbs product from the container and sprays it, sending it to the side chamber (7).
    Under these conditions, if the outer mouth of the side chamber (7) is open, the sprayed product is projected directly to the outside in an expanded manner. But it is possible to close the outer mouth of the side chamber (7) with a cap, in which case the sprayed product that reaches the side chamber (7) passes through the third duct (5) to the end chamber (2) , from which it exits by pressure through the first duct (3), to project outside in a more concentrated way than when it is projected directly from the side chamber (7).
    To improve the expansion of the sprayed product at its entrance to the lateral chamber (7), the mouth of the transverse duct (6) in said lateral chamber (7) is defined in the form of a cone (8), thus facilitating a uniform exit of the sprayed product when

    projects directly to the outside, as well as the passage thereof to the extreme chamber (2) through the third conduit (5), to project through the first conduit (3), when the mouth of the lateral chamber (7) is plugged .
    On the other hand, to prevent the drops of sprayed product that may form at the bottom of the end chamber (2) from reaching the first duct (3) and determine spurts in the projection through it, around the mouth of said first conduit (3) in the end chamber (2) a groove (9) is defined, in which the drops of product that are dragged from the bottom of the end chamber (2) to said first conduit (3) are collected. .
    At the opposite end of the extreme chamber (2), the structural body (1) also has a neck (10), for securing the device through a worktop, a board or a panel of any kind, said neck being provided ( 10) for this purpose with mooring means, such as a peripheral thread for mounting a nut ring (11), without this solution being limiting, and it can be any other that allows a clamp to be established.

    1. - Spray device for product projection, comprising a structural body (1), through which two selective projection outputs of a pulverized product are defined, characterized in that the structural body (1) has at one end a chamber ( 2) open and provided with fastening means with respect to the mouth of a container container of a product to be projected, leading into said end chamber (2) a first conduit (3) extending to the other end of the structural body (1) , a second conduit (4) extending to a transverse conduit (6) open from an area of the periphery of the structural body (1) and which flows into a lateral chamber (7) opened by an opposite area of the periphery of the body structural (1), and a third conduit (5) extending from the extreme chamber (2) to the lateral chamber (7).

    2. - Spraying device for product projection, according to claim 1, characterized in that the second duct (4) has a section of larger diameter that flows into the end chamber (2) and a section of smaller diameter that flows into the duct transversal (6).
